   Thanks for this. I’m glad the story is finally going somewhere. I am sort of questioning if Griffith is actually not that bad, until he talked about taking over the whole world. He’s only helping the people become smarter and stronger just so he can be at the very top through cunning and persuasion.

    I would like to thank you for posting the links to this chapter, but on the torrent link after downloading it, it says that the rar file is broken for me as well.

    The file seems to be broken for some people with specific combinations of software/hardware. We will remake and re-release this torrent along with the next chapter.

    The Archive is NOT broken: UpDate ‘ur WinRAR-version; use 7-Zip; or similar program… OR directly use any comic/manga book e-reader for best experience (search manga / comic / cbr reader), for E-G’s sake!

    Yeah my rar version is ancient (although I notice it only has a problem with berserk, other stuff works fine) so that’s likely the issue. Amazing manga so well worth even a luddite like me fiddling around with updates and such. Thanks for the advice and great work as always EG!

    Good Guy Griffith ? I don’t think so, not a single instant.

    Also in the ending panels the hair he looks at became a bit darker, I think this could mean he has some sort of transformation because of the full moon and maybe a “drawback” of being a god hand.
    Also does he want a orphanage for himself so he can feast on younglings all he wants while looking good ? hmmmm

    At least lord Foss recognize there is something fishy about Griffith “the illusion he so skillfully weaves”

    Updating peazip did the trick, much appreciated for the (in retrospect obvious) advice. Incredible chapter. Ten times more sense than in the last several seasons of Game of Thrones if you ask me… Now if only I could figure out what happened to my other manga addiction monster musume, the pretty anonymous site stopped working months ago.

    Yeah I was wondering about the first emperor bit myself but didn’t want to admit it in case I’d missed something over the decades. Griffith is definitely not a savior, but I hope he remains complicated. It’s fun to be kept guessing.

    It’s assumed that Emperor Gaiseric IS the skull knight. Taking that in mind, Griffith is drawing inspiration from him?

    how hypocritical. Griffith, a demon who sacrificed his whole army and friends to attain his own kingdom, looking up to his enemy to do what he did. Hmm Drunk on an illusion.

    Its the same history repeating, but in the dream of Griffith. At the end, he’s referring to the night they captured after he met the princess at her bedroom. So he jumps out of the window. We’re getting closer to a new eclipse. Any thoughts?

    I have a feeling Griffith reverts to Guts/Caska’s child during full moon or at least takes some of his traits and attributes.

    We know the child appears during full moons, has dark hair and was the vessel for Griffith’s “resurrection” into the human world with a physical body. Seems a little too “simple” but I think it’s a possibility.

    The child is not the vessel, the egg apostle is. The child was simply taken into the egg apostle as he laid dying. And by his later appearances, he was reborn along with Griffith.

    Anyway I’d rather Miura take his time than another bedshitting a la GOT.

    Funny thing is, I used to think GoT would be perfect as manga (I’m realistic about what anime is capable of these days). For a while there Arya had a tsundere pettanko thing going on with her possible signifigant other opting instead for the big breasted red lady. “It’s not as if I want you to come with me on an adventurous revenge quest or anything, I’m just being polite!”

    But yeah I’m never ever going to again make the mistake of wishing something hurry up with new material. Take as long as you want Miura. It’s worth the wait.

    Well I kinda acknowledge to get some uncertainty sewed into our psyches. Mb griffith aint terrible any longer 😉 Or would he say he is that a lot of a detestable virtuoso and simply attempting to assemble alot of devotees? He could forfeit them all so as to resuscitate the remainder of the god hand!

    The demon child was absorbed inside of the vessel and was also used during the rebirth of Griffith. He is a part of Griffith’s corporeal body.

    He was reborn inside the egg where it grew to be an infant and it’s body was used to birth Griffith. Hence why Griffith felt the need to protect Casca (the demon child’s mother) among the many other clues and developments in the story regarding the Moonlight child..
