Growing up with an SNES, I am kind of partial to it, but after playing some games, I feel that regardless of that, I can still make a respectable list of RPGS
My Top Ten RPGs:
1. Chrono Trigger
2. Final Fantasy VI
3. Breath of Fire 2
4. Secret of Mana
5. Final Fantasy Tactics
6. Super Mario RPG
7. Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga
8. Illusion of Gaia
9. Diablo 2
10. Final Fantasy IV
1. Vagrant Story
2. Castlevania Symphony of the Night
3. Final Fantasy Tactics
4. Lunar Eternal Blue
5. Lunar Silver Star Story
6. Chrono Cross
7. R-Type Delta
8. G Darius
9. Einhander
10. Final Fantasy Anthology (Pretty much Final Fantasy V)
I am not a huge fan of the PSone at all. I mostly played RPGs, and was not that impressed with them.
Don't have a top ten list, there are many games I like. Most of them are over 4 years old. Not much good new games. I hope Black & White 2 will be better than the first one and Gothic 3 is also coming soon.
And I think a pretty good game for the N64 was Zelda - The Ocarina of Time.
"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe." - Albert Einstein
I didn't play it a whole lot, about an hour and a half, but the system, and the story, and the customization makes it really good in my eyes. I wish I had my PS2 at school just to play that game.

4. Sin and Punishment
5. Bangai-O
6. Pokemon Puzzle Collection aka Tetris Attack

And you like Halo?
Strange world we live in these days.
I know, I know, I hear it all the time. Golden Eye just was not that fun to me. The control sucked, you could not move and look at the same time. I did not like the fact at all that you had to stand still to aim. Besides, this is all IMO, I played the shit out of Golden Eye with my friends, and it is not one of those games that I remember fondly. Just not that entertaining to me.
Moving and aiming is never an issue for me- it's not that hard to deal with, and it definetly does not bother me in multiplayer for reasons I will explain now...
Nothing beats License to Kill, Pistols, Turbo Mode on Complex with the right crowd. Trust me.
It's not GoldenEye if you're not too exhausted to even move after a round of multiplayer. And your throat too sore to speak 'cause of all the shouting.
