No worry Necro, was just clarifing so people don't get confused later on. Also Dracula is a intersting character in reality and in fiction.

All too true. I remember seeing something on him on the history channel once. It was pretty good.

I saw a movie about Vlad in the last few years, but I can't remember the name of the movie.

The best Dracula movie was Bram Strokers Dracula. That movie was bloody as hell, plus had such a great love story. It made Dracula seem so much more human in a way.

He was a smaller role though. It had all kinds of sexy Winona Ryder, and also Gary Oldman is just an awesome actor.

Speaking of Vampires, do you guys read the novel series: The Vampire Cronicles? It's one of my favorite stories. They made 2 movies out of it so far: Interview with a Vampire and The Queen of the Damned.

In the series Ann Rice actually relates Dracula to the story which is really cool.

I've watched Interview with a Vampire but not The Queen of the Damned. Is the second one good ? First one was cool.

I know a few people who read "Lies my teacher told me" and said it was really good, and I read a few small parts of it. Some books I read recently that are awesome are "Angels and Demons" and "The Da Vinci Code."

I read those a while ago. And they are REALLY good. I wish they would make a "angels and demons" movie before the da vinci code.

Me too, but oh well, I did read them out of order so I guess shit happens.

Also it bothers me that Tom Hanks is playing robert langdon, just doesn't seem right.

Attitude. Big/Dragnet Tom Hanks vs. Castaway Tom Hanks. Just different typse of movie choices and stuff. Not sure how to describe it other than old one was better. Funnier and better movie choices.

I mainly lost respect for him in Castaway, but his son is awesome. Orange County was a funny movie.

Jack black made the movie for sure. Just liked the main character as well. Jack Black makes any movie he is in. He made Shallow Hal funny, and it had so much suckage potential.

Yeah, Tom Hanks and Jack Black are cool, but I haven’t seen any of Tom's newest movies. As for the Vampire Chronicles, I really love Anne Rice’s books. The Interview with a Vampire movie was cool, but I thought they fucked up Queen of the Damned. The only thing I liked about it was the music. It’s really just like the beginning of The Vampire Lestat, and then a rendition of the very end of Queen of the Damned. As always, read the books, they’re way better. ;)

To stay with vampires. I like the Book of Nod, Bible of Vampires, theory.
The World of Darkness rocks.
