a bit disappointed by the new Berserk chapter but thanks EG for your hard work. I’m having a dark feeling berserk is going down… this whole fight between Griffith and the emperor hasn’t been by far the epic battle I’ve expected… it’s going to be total bulshit if Griffith kills Ganishka in one strike or something. besides the next ch will probably be boring. And if Miura releases 3-4 more chapters every 2 weeks and then takes anoter 4 months break like last year I’ll be fed up.
Anyone willing to start betting when will Miura take his next 4-month break ?

*_* that release was the “lunchables” of Berserk releases, lol, but at least it takes the edge off.
Also good to hear that the next release comes before 2012. Good thing the characters don’t age in real-time, else Guts would have to ditch the sledge for a walker.
What was that, anyway, Griffith’s “Death Star Trench Run”?Frankly, I’m kind of pulling for an easy end to Ganishka at this point, I’d kind of rather that the limited space of the releases be devoted to Guts and crew for a while. Not like any of us has a say in how Berserk plays out, but it would be nice to see them in the next release or two.

Very unlikely lots will agree but I had more fun reading trough the story of Guts and the crew then trough the whole army of Griffith arc. Anyway, alwasy nice to see new episodes translated, sooner or later the story will have to move on to Guts once again and when that happens I’m as glad as a little kid once again

Still, I don’t think the Skull Knight has done great harm to Griffith/Femto. I cannot stop thinking that the Skull Knith has some other purpose behind this attack, like bringing the other God Hands to the mortal world.

However, I’d rather like to see the Skull knight kick some (bad)ass. Though it seems quite obvious to me that the Skull knight isn’t going to be a real threat for Femto (unfortunately).

This goes to Carlos: I would just suggest you not to reveal spoilers without at least adding *spoiler*! Many here cannot read Japanese and wait patiently that Evil-Genius releases it in English. While others just want to stay faithful to the group. And last a warning. Some of them, as low as the chance can be, are expert programmers, who, if you piss them off can trace you and make sure your computer helps the next 4th of July in terms of Fireworks, same be said about your bank account (If you REALLY piss them off). So, I’d gladly suggest you to avoid such thing in the near future. And Carlos. My first reply was a way to try to easen up things and try, to prevent your spoiling with humour and improbability.

The godhand is way above all apostles, not only are they stronger but they can transform also, making them much stronger than apostles!

what u forget to mention, is that the kushan emperor went through the artificial behelit that him and the sorcerer made, thus, depending on the emperor’s mental proweress, could perhaps transcend the apostles…
so technically, we don’t know what gauskaus is…pseudo apostle maybe? but definitely NOT JUST an apostle anymore.

Also, the sword of resonance that the skull knight used to cute griffith doesn’t just cut the physical plane…remember during the Sloth Encounter, the skull knight specifically said that the sword cuts open planes…perhaps we’ll finally see what Griffith/femto’s real form is in the vortex…or something but yeah, I don’t think the skull knight actually cut griffith, just his physical shell, think of an orange and femto is ony one layer of the skin…haha

sword of resonance allows for sk to travel, i think. sk says that its been predicted that he will kill void, if i remember correctly. maybe hitting femto with it will allow for him to reach void, since perhaps all the god hand are linked? just random theorizing.

if the behelit is a “key,” then it doesn’t matter if ganishka made a fake- it should still give him access to the abyss, which is what he seems to have got. i don’t think you could say that his artificial behelit is stronger or weaker than a normal behelit.

it sure was a lot bigger…
I guess we’ll see if bigger=better works only for gats or not. Ganiska himself said that he will transcend above being an apostle but we can’t know for sure what happened to him while he was in the behelit. He said that he arrived into the abyss of hell and obtained it, the power. He probably reached the “idea of evil” without meeting the god hand. Anyway, i don’t think that behelits are different from each other (except maybe for the egg of the king, the one griffith used… i can’t really tell). Yet some apostles are stronger than other, maybe becoming an apostle means exponentially increasing your powers.

Maybe carlos means, that in dreamcast game, one guy had blue behelit (at least the way i remember it , it was blue – maybe my own monitor glitch ). And worth to add, the main enemy was a crappy nub, so yeah blue < red xD
