I have ripped the subtitles from the bluray release of Berserk: The Golden Age Arc - The Egg of the King , and was really hoping Evil_Genius would translate them for us. Considering how much of Berserk fans they are, I figured they'd be happy to do them.

If its the sub file only, otherwise I'll wait it out. Commie sub resolution look awful, they need a better encoder.

You would need to run some OCR software with a program like Subtitle Edit to decipher the text. The thing is that the original Japanese subtitles are actually pictures, not text (think of it like a series of jpeg files for each line of dialogue). If you really want to have the original Japanese subtitles, I think you're better off looking for a program that can add or play SUP format files with a video.
