Hadi i recomend the manga when you are finshed with the anime cause the manga covers alot more, you cant put 20+ vol in 26 eps....

10 I'd rather watch the other series that I have on my harddrive, the other animes are more intresting, I mean its drama/Music anime is kinda boring...Not too much excitement...

I do intend to read the manga after I watch all 26 eps. of the anime
still nothing beats the sound track..

it's appealing. Maybe not to you, but to anyone with a musical background it certainly is.
Anime does not always have to be action or comedy or any gener that is appealing to the main stream. As matter of fact, the work of the director of Beck reminds me very much of Cowboy Bebob!

just wanted to make a little note; I'm not a musican, but still I like the anime.
I just said that as an example of people who might be watching the anime.
I'm more intersted in bands and their story..
