Shenmue 3 is actually happening?

It's not a very popular game. It pretty much just has a cult following.

Not many people went out and bought the games therefore it's not popular. That's also the reason why it's taking so long for part 3 to come out. They're not just artists, they're a company first so they have to make decisions that will make profits. It's sad.
