One of the most conservative businesses in the world, selling millions of pro-Christian fiction and non-fiction books, and sticking to 'community standards' has allowed for Yaoi to be stocked on it's store shelves.

Let us see how long this lasts.

Wonder if this is indicative of Wal-Mart finally bowing down to Corporate incentive--the almighty $$$ or just a momentary lapse in 'judgement'.

I'd be very interested to see how this goes over. I'm surprised they allowed it at all knowing what a bunch of puss' in boots those Wal-Mart Execs' are about controversial materials. They won't sell certain cd's that come w/an explicit content label, (which for all intents & purposes should be all they need to cover their asses "you were warned") let alone an assortment of DVDs, so it should be interesting to see how long it takes for all the conservacrap Soccer mom's & dads to start their bitchery fest.

I think perhaps they noticed quite a lot of traffic OR it was sold out.
