If you'd been in enough arguments with him, you'd understand that something's seriously wrong with the way this guy thinks. It piqued my interest, so I went searching to see if there was some sort of disorder that described this guy's personality.
Some of choose not live behind anonymous masks, and I challenge anyone here to do the same.
However, if you think your anonymous then you have another thing coming, I've personally seen to it that individuals goto jail, get fined, or otherwise have their Internet access shut down. Was this because I'm an asshole? No, it was in response to their asshole-ish behavior.
You are not anonymous on the Internet. I have your IP address, I will call your ISP and I will contact the ISP's lawyer. It isn't full proof, but most people who act like asshates think like asshates too.
At least when you come here, it is private property more importantly it is mine. Tread lightly for the registration you agreed to is legally binding.

Do you give warnings to people who your about to report? It would suck for anyone who, out of a fit of ignorance or whatever, post on a whim(not knowing the seriousness of its moderators) just to get a phone call from the police telling them their going to jail. I'm only talking about people who break laws, and you know who you are so the warning isn't necessary. Trust me, anyone posting now isn't on the psi29a shitlist. 
Just remember that what you say and what you do can be tied back to you in real life so tread carefully. I takes a lot for me to get pissed to the point of having to contact lawyers. By that point, the person has already broken several laws and you guys wouldn't be posting.
I've worked in IT for 4 years previously before graduating from Uni, I've had to deal with all sorts of people from around the world from spammers to crackers. I'm not perfect, some of our boxes where rooted but in the end the guy is now sitting in a Belgian jail, hopefully with bubba up his ass.
I remember at one point blocking all of *.br because of the amount of shear spam we where getting into our email servers.
