Speaking of reading shit, I tried to read these last six pages, but then I gave up. It appeared to be nothing more than a bunch of stupid bullshit anyway.

*Sigh*

You’ll have to forgive me; it just all seemed like a bunch of mindless rambling. Wild idea this, and I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about that…If any of you did actually have anything good to say, then just ignore me. Well, you should all just ignore me anyway. It’s just frustrating trying to keep up with you guys when I’m only gone a day, and I come back to hear such lame posts. Tch, never mind…I’m probably just on the rag or something…

I know the feeling. But this was a big day. I just remember after not posting all last weekend, how much shit got posted.

And on to what you missed. I think we started talking about real relative crap, and then got into bullshit, and drifted back to relative stuff and back to bullshit. In the end it was probaly mostly bullshit or repeating stuff. I don't think you missed anythhing.

Was it in the second release and not the first? I read the first one and just the last page of the second. If the paraphrasing was only in the second htough I will go back and read it an let you know. I like paraphrasing, since sentance structure can be so bizarre when translated from Japanese, or any language for that matter.

Well, some of it was already used in version one, but there's even more in version two. Check it out and let me know what you think. ;)

Will do, when I get home. So sometime tonigtht I will let you know.

OK read it now. My skills of noticing small differences between things sucks, but I did pick up on a few good changes. Mainly when Guts asked Scerpico to fight again. But You did a good job Starnum. I liked it. Smooh reading, proper English sentance stucture.

Sorry about that! I was a part of the problem too in addition to Arresty and Starlore ^_^;

As for Rod - I think he's just some rich kid trying to get richer and more powerfull. Marriage into the Vermillion family will make this a possibility. Benefits for Farnese's brother will of course be another ally against his (2?) other brothers. So while Rod isn't an apostle - he is definitley an evil human being (which probably means he will be used by apostles or something like that - to which Guts will just drop him).

I highly doubt that he is related in any way to an apostle or is necessarily evil. Greedy probably, but not evil. I also doubt Guts will drop him, unless he is an apostle. A guy with that romantic charm is always a pussy. And for all you guys out there thinking of trying that one on a girl, I woudl take a guess it won't work today. For valentines day or something maybe, but not as a pickup.

I said that romantic charm, by that I mean that style. It is the kind that makes us men puke and women read in romance novels rigth before the artful porn begins(open up to a random page in one of those things, hustler is PG compared to those things). In real life he woudl get slapped in the face. Guts romantic, HAH.

This was mentioned somewhere before but, Guts is a GIRL-MAGNET - dont deny it.

As for style... still a no, since such style requires sincerity - and Rod just doesn't have it

The guy definately lacks style but he has a style he attempts to work, just poorly. And Guts is a chickmangent, but not a romantic. Complete difference. He couldn't take a girl to a nice dinner, he couldn't do anything overly nice, but the women around him like him. But thats cause hes the bad boy. 8)

Its our evil plot to dethrone you. Bwaa haa haa. We post like crazy when you are asleep so when you are awake you spend the whole time catching up and not posting.

Nah. I doubt it will be as bad this night. That was a fluke I think, and a Sunday night.

HAH! You need to pay more attention Starnum!

Which is an appropriate response to Arresty's comment that Rod has romantic charm (which from his next post, quoted here, means "Rod has style"). From my quote, I implied that romantic charm requires sincerity. Rod in my opinion lacks sincerity in his actions therefore has no romantic charm. Since he has no romantic charm, from Arresty's statement, Rod also has no style.

Got it Starnum? (or is it I dont get it :/ I hope thats not the case ;) )

errrr.... to lazy to edit previous post to inlcude this - sorry!

You're right - it is a complete difference, however not completely unrelated. Guts is chick-magnet BECAUSE he is so romantic ^^. You ask "define romantic?" Tossing himself over a cliff, and then embracing Casca to take the shock from the fall for her (and the way he embraced her for the night *to keep her warm*) is romantic. For those back in the schrike/guts relationship thread - comforting Schrieke during times of saddness along the beach - also possibly construed as romantic. Taking off his garments to warm that girl beside him (during that fake fairy arc... sorry, I forgot the names and all - guess i gots to re-read) is romantic as well.

As for taking girl(s) out to a nice dinner - he would do that too if he had the time, unfortunately GodHand has his schedule kinda filled up. And that bad-boy part... it's actually the otherway around. Girls become attracted to him due to his good-boy-fighting-evil, light-in-world-of-darkness part.
