U mean Rod? I dont think so, since he seems like the evil manipulative type. Guts will see right through him and Rod will try to off Guts as result, but of course - he will fail

Yeah, actually...good point Arresty, he DOES look like Jerome. I saw a resemblance to someone but couldn't place it. At first or second frame he appeared in, I was thinking of an older, more refined, brunette Judeau...but he's not half as much of a looker so screw that comparison

Miura does tend to do that though...not sure if he intends these similarities for a reason (most likely) or whether its just his style generally, but they appear often. Like the King & the Pirate *shudders*

Screw Rod'! I wanna know wtf is going on w/AZAN?! I'm sure something is up, since he was penciled in not long ago...especially for them not to touch base on his doings since then. But agh, tired of waiting to know! lol

Azan? He's probably gonna meet up with Farnese first and maybe even join the party once Farnese decides to joini Guts again. Oh, he should be able to see the faires this time around...

I actually don't expect to see Azan again. I think he may be executed, for treason or heracy. I mean what could he say to the Vatican to explain the events of the eclipse.

From the way he is behaving - I dont think so, and also - I think he has already reported back to the vat and they let him go to fight their war with the kush.

No idea. I too assumed he'd fall into line once he realized Farnese & Serpico were alive & well. He's an honorable character...he may not first be down w/the notion, but he did fight alongside Farnese & Serpico, so in the end, I believe the decision would be to remain w/them. But I got the distinct feeling, he was acting on his own?? I could very easily be wrong, but he just 'felt' like a ronin..er...rogue, Knight, to me. Course, he could also be acting on the Vat's orders...just seemed...eh, I dunno, since he was alone, I guess. I would've expected to have seen a Knight of his ability & loyalty, in command of his own troops or something at this point? Unless, he too took off when the Holy Iron Chain 'disbanded' so to speak. That was my initial perception...He's too smart to get caught for treason/heresy...I hope :p Good character, I want to see him join up, no doubt.

Two things, we don't know whether that knight on teh boat was Azan. I don't think it was personally. I just realized that is who you are talking about. Also I believe he is smart enough to not get caught, but remember when he left he was going back to talk to the Vatican and her father. If he did that there is no avoiding them trying him for heracy. Like they woudl believe his story. Also her father woudl have him executed for letting her go like that. I mean he is powerful enough.

Well, Azan is pretty high ranked - so I dont think they will try him. They probably juz sent him to join the front lines at the most. And that person - IT MUZ BE AZAN.

Hmm...good point Arresty. Although, he absolutely reminded me of Azan, there is no guarantee that it IS him...although, agh, I'm confused by the notion of a random shot of a random guy beating ass in a boat...LOL. But it happens & could be tied in later, making it not so random. But either way, yeah, IF it was him & he did go back...high ranking or not, Farnese's father is a moron enough to freak out. Although, if he had any sense of value for soldiers, he'd know better than to chastize someone of worth like Azan...Demote & punish, perhaps but execution would be stupid...though, still not out of the question. Its all too questionable! I want answers

damn my impatience & subconscious yearnings for character returns lol

He is a noble and a business man, not a general. People like him never know the worth of a soldier. To him he is just someone who let his daughter walk off with the Black Swordsman. I think he woudl be pissed. But then again he may not execute him still. We have to assume that he atleast talked to the father since he knew of her adventures. He may have just gone to the father, adn then the father told him to go out and look for her to redeem himself. And then ti could have been him lieing in the boat. See I still go with it not being him though he did seem alot like him in alot of ways.

Yeah, but, wasn't he talking about punishing Farnese, his beloved daughter, for her treason & yet, didn't? well, not yet anyway, hah...Agh, he's schizo anyway...screw him LOL

First just have to say that Serpico is not so bad even without the wind stuff,i mean he is the only that didnt lose to Guts in a fight.

The man on the boat looked so much like Azan body wise.

Yeah, his weapon is what mostly did it for me...his style & armor too. Course, now I want to go back & look...AGH but I'm too goddamn lazy. I'm disowning all of your asses if I end up having to work in a few hours & didn't sleep cause I was too Berserk crazed! hehee

Yeah he definately loves her to much to punish her, and its not like anyone from teh vatican or any governement woudl want to try considering the family power.

For every instance in which Serpico is displeasingly spoken of, I'll have to coddle his name in a perverse fashion to make up for it...& that does noone any good...'cept him, of course, hah. LOL yeah, well, if I recall correctly, I was at...hrmm, something like, 19 posts when the night started

I'm normally pretty quiet...But I agree, when it comes to Berserk...Motormouth I become...well, motorfingers in this case. Its too hard to find a good bunch in which to share the love for it. I've been deprived that since I saw it...ugh. Guess I made up for lost time, hah.

But we crazies will find interesting things to do w/our withdrawal time, no doubt...like more insane omake (I hope) haha...maybe some future chats too. Anyone is down, I'm usually on AIM, when not playing WoW or SWG. Drop a line, I don't care...always down for Berserk banter & I'm almost ALWAYS on late..ugh. I'm gonna try to shut the fuck up now though lol!
