I like the probability statement, it's very ...yeah.
Didn't they do a special on this on one of the history/NGC channels a few weeks ago? Were pointing out doomsday scenarios or something like that, and this very thing came up and in the end it created antimatter instead of the predicted black hole.

And again, if it exceeds expectations and human thought capacity on things we clearly don't understand in their entirety, I'd think there'd be no guarantees.
