def like it dmitri, though i like it a lil more in the smaller version, looks cleaner

the ball is definately very well-textured.
what gripes me is the green glow. its kinda out of place.

Thusly why I included a version without the glow

I didn't much care for it either, but the original print suggested it. I'm most proud of the shading on the Pikaff (or whatever his name is.. forgot lol o.O).. especially on the torso and thigh. I also like the brushwork I did near her forehead (where the hair casts a slight shadow) and the texture brushwork over all the skin areas (it wasn't filtered like the ball was, all the texturing was done with brushes), it looks a lot more like skin and not "plastic" like some of the others I have seen and all my own previous work. I also like the skin tones on this so much more then when I used my LCD for the other ones (the apostle girl looks like shes out of the simpsons shes so yellow lol)

On my CRT it looks great, but really the colors look like crap on my LCD. Not sure how it is to everyone else, or which of my monitors is the one which sucks.

I'll post a smaller version in a bit here MrFelony, with a slight blurring effect or something to soften the lines. Anything else you see wrong with it? I think it has potential with a bit of finishing, unlike some of my other things

-Edit- (Blending + Blurring and Minor Cleaning. The light parts of the line art seems to be the biggest issue)

I cant say I'm completely happy with this one though, because the picture came off more serious than I intended; even with the goofy smile lol.

Interesting... not sure if something is wrong I just cant put my finger on it... oh well good first art post...

I know what it reminds me of, those static adventure boards were you throw on plastic characters on to a background and they staticly stick on

Edit: Here is the origanal for my sig on is not lighted and not blended the other is the exact oppisite
