In case anyone cared: This was my original avatar from a long time ago, and is the name sake of my nickname 'psi29a'.

It is a "Psi Stalker" from Rifts RPG. psi29a was the name of the character I played as part of the Coalition States of America.

Well, not yet. But there will be early alpha soon and then I'll need two months or so to finish it. It's futuristic 2D platform RPG.
