Trust me, my country is very familiar with argentina tactics, and although that looked like a penalty because the German snagged his foot, in all likelihood the Argentina guy probably left his foot behind to get tripped on purpose.

I know that sounds ridiculous, but this is how Argentina plays, as was already apparent with the many times they fell down in other places in today's match. This would sound like paranoia to me if it were about any other team except Argentina. You could tell by the German player's reactions and how pissed they were when Argentina wasn't playing fairly.

The fairy tale continue, and we can still see Zidane "doing his magic."

Brazil was very disappointing, not really dangerous. After the 1st 10mn I was thinking that it was over, they were holding the ball like crazy. But then they kind of stopped, giving us opportunities. I think they gave us the game, because it didn't seem to me that we were as agressive as against Spain. Maybe their defense was better though...

And Libaax should be happy, his favourite scored after all (it gives him 3 goals so far right? Not too shabby!). Cheer up, but don't cheer for us k thx 8)

I think we beat Portugal but lose against Germany in the final. If it's Italy we win.

I dont care Brazil lost but its tragic how bad they play as a team when if France had Ronaldihno and used him like plays in bracelona they would run all over Brazil.

This WC sucks cause there havent one really good game so far in the playoffs and the only teams that win are the most coward ones. Its the cup of the defensive or "most tactic defence" Brazil was the only team that didnt defend to try to win and they sucked offensivly sadly.

No wonder its the cup with least few goals ever after 90 cup.

Only Germany and England i coulndt stand and my fav Argentina lost so i dont care anymore who wins.

P.S. Zidane was good for once but not cause his joggeling cause of his passes.

europeans teams aren't really cowards,they are playing like teams;
using the counter-attacks and others team's faults to win is the only logical choose when you are playing vs a stronger opponents(Brazil and Argentina should have won almost all the WC since 1934 if the winner was always the one with the more individual talents).

Dont put words in my mouth.

If the teams played as you say with counterattacks etc it would be alot better WC. They play as a team defensivly most teams and attack very rarely cause they afraid of taking risks.

Yeah Femto, Brazil is out after the worst game in their World Cup History.

I dont like how they were in this cup,how they played.

How the arrogant fans buus every sec of the game the other team has the ball.

They were horrid fans. I have never seen homefans in a WC treat the other team like garbage, not in world cup. They dont know what Fair Play means.

Most i like that they are out cause i dont like them winning two game in a row the other teams dominate them and they still win with a lucky penalties shootout.

hm, i wouldnt know.... i only saw 10 min in all this year.....

well..... but you can say that the fans are standing behind their team, supporting them.

I have seen many world cups, my first WC i remember is 90 and since then not even one homefans have been half as bad as the germans.

BUUING THE OTHER team isnt supporting your own team.....

The giant statue of World Famous Player Ronaldinho was torched after the team was eliminated from the World Cup by France.

The seven meters resin statue was set on fire Saturday night after the Brazil- France World Cup Quarter final match, reporters said.

Flames melted the resin, leaving only a burnt out metal skeleton of the statue.

The statue of the famous player, Ronaldinho, had been inaugurated two years ago, when he was selected the world’s best player by FIFA (The Federation of the International Football Association).
