Probably not exactly epic but cool in its own way was the beethoven music throughout clockwork orange, and just the whole classical music theme. Plus the singing in the rain scene. Damn I love that movie. But whats not to love in that movie. Just full of ultraviolence. And some in out in out.

I hum to the Gladiator theme everytime when I fight in the Arena in Tales of Phantasia.

Which is the same song used in Pi also a movie by darren Aronfsky. It just has few arrangements here and there. But the music in Requiem for a Dream is more present than in Pi so...

The opening and ending songs to Final Fantasy 4. The endings of Chrono Trigger and Lufia 2, Rise of the Sinistrals. Track 4 of the Matrix Soundtrack(maybe not epic there, but it's hella cool). And of course, Eye of the Tiger(aka-the Rocky Theme).

Any of the songs from Chrono Trigger are damn good! Underworld - Born Slippy is epic to me, I remember it from watching Train Spotting, a really messed up but good movie.

The opening to Metal Gear Solid 2. I want that song to be my bands opening theme before all of our shows. Like Metallica does the the for The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.
