Kojima's official blog reveals 90 second E3 tease. "

IGN has translated the audio and here is the very very interesting clip in text.

Snake: War has changed.

Snake: Our time has ended.

Snake: Our war is over.

Campbell: Since the Manhattan incident, restrictions on military invention in foreign countries have eased, fueling demand for mercenaries..

Campbell: Today, the world's wars depend largely on PMCs, private military companies whose business includes supplying these mercenaries.

Campbell: PMCs have become a serious threat to the world.

Snake: The U.S. has exported too much of its military power. Now she's paying the price.

Campbell: In total, they've got enough manpower to rival the U.S. military.

Campbell: Based on our investigation, the five largest PMCs are run by a dummy corporation, which acts a single mother company.

Snake: And the mother company...?

Campbell: Outer Heaven.

Snake: The one world in which soldiers will always have a place.

I dont know about you but this makes my blood boil.

I wonder who controls these PMC....

Here's my MGS 2 cents;

I can kind of see where this one is going ... If it's controlled by anyone it would be liquid/revolver. It was always Liquids goal to recreate outer heaven.

As for Revolver, he's been triple crossing people since the 60's according to Snake eater. So it's easy for me to assume that he's slippery enough to control these big PMC's how and why is for Kojima to know and us to find out.

As far as E3 goes :

I'm not all that pressed. Just looking forward to hearing about God of War, MGS 4, and whatever nintendo has planned for the DS. I really don't have an interest/forgot about the rest.

In the events list for Blizzard booth they added in highlighted letters "Diablo 3"...only to take it oof later, saying it was a "mistake".

Where did you see this? The only place I saw anything like this was the IGN ad, in which IGN admitted making the mistake.

It cant be Ocelot cause he is a puppet for the Patriots who control the US so he woulndt go against his bosses. He would have done that earlier in the 40+ years he was been working for them.

Liqiud im not so sure about, i think there might be a new player in town.

Maybe the old man that looked alot like Big Boss.

Yeah, I played acid at EB for a few I didn't like it too much.

It's kind of sad that they are making this on PSP, mainly because I don't have one. There haven't been enough good games imo to get it. So far this one is the only one that caught my eye.

I'm not even going wander into a Sony vs Nintendo debate, I'll just drop a few DS Titles:

Mario and Luigi: Partners in time
Castleviania
Trauma center under the knife
Advance Wars

All worthy of a console buy.

Not to mention that Nintendo owns the Legend of Zelda empire. I only see good things coming the DS's way.

Oh yeah, thought I'd mention the significant cost difference in games/console just for kicks.

Thats it everyone tells me go get mario but i have never liked him,i played Zonic when people played Mario.

Mario kart is good but its not worth a console specially when we plays Mario kart 64 all the time on the comp and its better than every other version of mario kart.

When DS or Wii gets a game i really feel like i must have is when i will get them.

Right now only PS2 and PS3 does that for me.

By the way has it been any news around RE5 pre E3??

RE4 was fricking amazing. The first game since MGS games to have the hype and actually is great.

The DS is a handheld, not a console and the difference those two terms is more than semantic.

You should get a DS from somebody and try it out Libaax.

There's no point in saying "I don't like this game because I don't like the company/franchises."

You're missing out on a lot of stuff.

I dont care about companies, i would be a nintendo fanboy if they had made MGS,DMC,PES. Im only about the games.

Trust me i have tried some of nintendo stuff thanks to friends but never got hooked on them.

I can ask friends that have DS and test some games.

If you like Sonic, Sonic Rush for the DS is the best Sonic to come out in ages. Fucking amazing. Really impressed by it. Oh, and the screen shots do not do the game justice at all.

Yeah sonic rush was cool, was a little difficult but cool.

By the way, GC has that remake of the MGS that came out on PS 1. You brought a psp for one game so far, makes sense to try this one. Though personally, I liked the one on ps 1 better, even with the graphics upgrade I don't know why, I just do.

Might have been the sound track.

Oh and Twilight Princess will be on GC, so there you go 2 Nintendo reasons. Did I mention it cheap?

Lost Planet
Dead Rising
God Hand
Okami

I'm sure I'm forgetting other things, but those are definitely the high budget titles they will have on show.

You can stream it live and free from Gamespot.

Online news are also important. I feel cheated of online in PS2, i have the adapter but i havent had any good online game to use it with.

They must improve that in PS3!!!

Yeah, Sony really dropped the ball with online gaming, as did Nintendo.

It could be argued that MS would've failed miserably if it weren't for Live.

Not that they did very well in the first place.

Xbox live almost made me get xbox several times cause i was sick of seeing the xbox gamers having so much fun playing online.

Only the crappy control stopped me.
