I actually WANT to play this game. If I get the chance I'll let you know if it's any good or not. I'm not getting my hopes up though.

my roommate was playing the game earlier today... controls are blah, a decent game, nothing too awsome and ground breaking, but its a decent game. best part is that its the first time you get to see the whole cast of ff7 on the ps2.

I have a question, Why is Reeve the leader of Shinra when Rufus was clearly alive in Advent Children? The game is suppose to take after the movie right? Am I missing something here?

I don't think the game and the movie are related.

Well at the cost of everyones lifestream. So basically everyone's life energy was drained in order to stop the metoer.

So in that way Sepiroth won.

I guess I would have to watch that end sequence again, but the way I remeber it the life stream came from the earth and flowers sprung up all over Midgar and you see the metor and the life stream fighting then you see cloud on the airship and then aries in a field. But I do not remeber the green stuff flowing out of the people that where on the airship.

P.S. Does anyone have a final save or the final movie clip??

I think I remember reading somewhere that Dirge of Cerberus is related to the movie...But, didn't Jenova/Geostigma get completely flushed out of the Lifestream at the end of Advent Children? and isn't Dirge of Cerberus only based a few years after the events of the movie? Correct me if I'm wrong, how can Cloud and the others be dead by the time this game takes place?

Their deaths have nothing to do with the movie, but instead the end of the game. People don't tend to believe me about that, so don't worry about it. ;)
