How make moving pictures?

ive seen a number of animated sigs and avatars around and i was wondering about the process involved... is there a program that you use?

Umm. You can do it on photoshop. With Image Ready..I guess

Its a animated gif file. It is really just a few pictures that just switch between them. Not to hard to do in photoshop if I remember, but I believe there are some better programs out there for doing gif files.

Some of them are just ripped straight from the anime, and then converted into a gif. Most programs that produce the kind of gifs that Oro uses cost a lot. At least the ones I'm thinking of do.

Now, GIMP allows you to make animated gifs.

note: it is GNU software, as in free to use download and abuse. No spyware/adware... just good stuff. ^_^

You could always try using paintshop pro w/animation shop
