Ikkaku's abilities and allegiances are still much in a shroud, and he's appearing really perfect right now. Even that arangar guy said that they'd lose to him(and Yoruichi, but anyway).

On the other hand, Aizen has laid his cards out, and we know what he's doing, and how he did it. He's a much better character than Urahara, unless Kubo starts telling us about Urahara's past.

Those guys are actually very useful. Shonen mangas need losers so that the mangaka could show how powerful, cool, impressive and blah blah the bad guys are. So if Renji and/or Hitsugaya dies, then somebody else has to take their role...

Well, actually, mangaka could kill them without further pain - give their role to some other character - kill those later, so on and so forth... but, I guess that'll be too much drama to handle for most of the fans out there.

yeah sooo Aizen/Stalin whatever we call him nowadays is damn unbeatable. He is just too damn smart and his techniques are flawless. Well except for that Kidou he tried to use (the Death's Koffin). Which he claimed was a failure but now he should be able to use it no problem.

But you would have to believe that Genryuusai, Ukitake and Shunsui are the strongest shinigami (not counting Urahara and Yoruichi). But I seriously don't know if they could beat Aizen maybe Tousen and Gin. But Aizen I think it would take some sort of a team effort.

yeah I'm just trying to spark something. XD

The only thing I found memorable in the latest chapter is that Matsumoto's seal/tatoo is located very nicely

i dont see why ppl get disappointed when the bleach good guys dont die, i mean none of the naruto good guys die either, in fact, practically NO ONE dies in that series

one old hokage who probably would have died in a few months from old age anyway. minor characters dont count and if you want to count them, you can also count the entire 12th division that got blown to bits by their own captain

go ahead and count those. 2 Akatsuki members died as well as a somewhat major old woman. All of Orochimaru's subordinates died, Garra also killed some sensei'd during the examination. And the puppets that Itachi and the other guy used. As well as Haku and Zaborra or whatever his name was.

I think I went through this convo before with you. Bleach is about on the same level with naruto. The one saving grace is plot is complex and loaded with twist.
