Well, i still have yet to watch it, but you have been talking about it a lot ... and it looked like the same art style as One Piece. The dude looks like some pirate type guy.

All those clues made it easy.

Um, is that Crest of the Stars, where nearly everyone has Aqua colored hair, heh. By the way, the guy in my last pic is named Enel. He's an ubber bad ass, and not really a pirate.
