You search for a song title or artist and it searches for similar music and lets you listen to it. From those results, you can pick the songs you like and those you don't and it'll get more specific in its matches.
It's pretty neat. The only problem is that the number of songs you can play in a certain amount of time is limited due to copyright regulations and whatnot.

Finally, a good music dictionary. Last time I used one of these it linked me to Madonna. It didn't have Michael Angelo Batio, though, dammit!
How did I know that the first result to searching Steve Vai would be Joe Satriani.

Can't find some of my favourites, but this is one of the best dictionaries for artists I've seen.
