No, unfortunately it's not. It’s still worth playing though. It's pretty lame that they cut back on plot and character development, just because they wanted to save on voice acting. Shit, if that's what's going to happen, then scratch the voice acting in the next game, please. That's only the major flaw with this game. There are still a few others.
