X-Box 360 compatibility list:
http://www.gamespot.com/news/6139702.html
Only 212 games, most of which are terrible. I'm sure that being backwards compatible with Barbie's Horse Adventure will be a great asset to the 360.

Its a good thread,if someone wants to make a thread for a game make it. But this thread is good for various gaming news.
I can understand the japanese not giving a damn about xbox 360 cause there arent any game to buy the console for.
I think PS2 and PSP will outsell it even in NA and EU,

Ryu ga gotoku
Toshihiro Nagoshi's seminal yakuza action-adventure Ryu ga gotoku scores a 10, 10, 9, 8, for a total of 37, and making it the game of the week. The game is splendid; I have my final copy here, and I salute the effort put into it. It is, essentially, like Yu Suzuki's Shenmue, only set in a grimier town full of bars and prostitutes and gangsters, and starring a delicious fighting system that focuses on banging your enemies into the environment -- walls, vending machines, parking meters, other enemies.
The hero is a tough guy, thrown in jail after he's framed for a murder, and released ten years later, to find that bad things are going down between the yakuza factions he had just barely escaped alive from. In epic news, actor Masayoshi Funaki will play the lead character, Kazuma Kiryuu, in director Takashi Miike's two-part drama based on the game. You can download the first part on Famitsu.com starting December 2nd, and the second part on Tsutaya.com starting December 9th. This is exciting because Takashi Miike is a famous director of ultra-violent yakuza movies that don't make any sense; he has a lot of fans as far as Europe (though I'm no fan myself).
The story for the game and the drama was written by Seishu Hase, a prominent yakuza crime novelist. Like a Japanese Elmore Leonard, minus about thirty years of age and half the sense of humor. He does, however, write great dialogue. That the drama will be distributed free, over the internet, in two twenty-minute instalments rather reminds me of Sega's theatrical release of "Shenmue: The Movie," which consisted of game footage with misplaced English voice-overs. Yet -- this is most certainly a step up.

Square-Enix has shacked up with Suntory Ltd. to make a beverage based from the FF games, Potion.

I'd give it a try, but only if I could sing the victory song after drinking it.

Suntory, famous for their whiskeys, Boss canned coffees, and oolong teas, will target a relaxing but energizing taste for the drink.

Valkyrie Profile 2.
...
You can put your dick back in your pants now.
It makes the rumor of the first one coming for the PSP much more plausible.
I'm giddy.

i enjoyed it. Gameplay is repetitive, but the story is grand. Hard mode was a welcomed challenge and its fun to collect the warriors. It intrigued me, to get people who died in your party. I liked it and would say give it a shot.
