I'm inclined to say Stargate, though I'm almost sure I'm wrong.
And DAMN! I knew it was Das Boot! German Movie about a submarine, they try to destroy some Brittish ships...man, that movie is weird. First, they all .... celebrate... the joining of new sailors by sodomizing (sp?) them. And in the overall the movie is totally boring...

Oh man, I should've guessed "Das Boot" as a german, but I never really saw it.

I know it's out of topic, but have anyone read the books? The Dune's books rocks some serious asses...it's great. I recomend
On a side note, Loeviz, it's the movie (from the 80s) or the (not so) new series?

the women and that guy have no really big part in the movie. Your main character is that little boy in the back is your character to focus on.
John C. McGinley was also in the movie "The Rock" was he had a pretty cool part.

It's totally worth it, Loeviz! It's full fantasy, like "The Legend", with Tom Cruise...I love it...and about fantasy movies, can't wait to see "Narnia"...

Yeah, anyone who was a kid in the 80s should know that movie. My sister and I used to watch it all the time.
