In other sig related new, I am thinking of maybe changing again, after looking at some artwork. I was thinking in particular of some work by Yoshitaka Amano, AKA The man behind the art of many Final Fantasy's, namely 1-6, AKA, the guy made Ellen's sig. I was thinking of a FF6 set (My fav FF), but if anyone sees some stellar art of his that they would like to share, feel free to post it, or PM me with it.

This a momentous occasion for mindwerks, Laik finally got an avatar!Laik wrote:I had to go ahead and show Texhnolyze some love since I had to put my Evangelion signature away.
Nevertheless, nice avatar RedEyes. Where is it from? It looks familar.
And speaking of which, is Texhnolyze worth the wait in the end? I'm up to vol. 4 with 5 on the way and it's been a really slow ride thus far. The series isn't bad, but I hope the pace picks up towards the end.
Well, I watched it all at once but the series is pretty solid. I admit it was kind of boring at first but the more I watched, the more I liked it. I don't want to spoil anything but the ending pretty much takes the overall mood of the entire series and wraps it around the climax to create something that may leave some disappointed (My friend didn't like it for serveral reasons) but it pretty much resolves the conflict of a majority of the characters.Femto wrote:This a momentous occasion for mindwerks, Laik finally got an avatar!Laik wrote:I had to go ahead and show Texhnolyze some love since I had to put my Evangelion signature away.

I don't know your taste in anime though so I'll be kind of hard to be certain if you'll like it or not but I'll definately recommend it to anyone who liked series like Lain and Boogiepop Phantom.

EG needs some help. Please feel free to contact us if you want to become a part of the staff.

The last Texhnolyze episode I watched was pretty intense though, specially compared to the rest of the series. I like how things are always changing and characters change sides constantly in general but, as I said, it's been a really slow ride thus far. Surprise/brutal/heavy endings don't really bother me if they're good (I loved Berserk's ending), so I'm expecting I'll like it. I'm still watching it all the the way through regardless, I'm already 4 discs in so I might as well.
Thanks for the help though, I was just curious.
I have to say that I didn't recognise you there, Laik. Shits, that's a nice looking avatar.Laik wrote:I had to go ahead and show Texhnolyze some love since I had to put my Evangelion signature away.
