No hurry for me. Eldo is much closer to that level than I am. And I do find it funny. So I wouldn't care too much to have it. And I am sure it makes Buzkashi proud.

Berserk ranks will be by far too limited (the cool ones), Zetman has a few cool ranks but not many people care, Elfen Lied is just rankless. And those are the mangas I read from EG.
Maybe something a bit more complex might end more fun. Mix the karma ranking system that The Hawks use in their forums with the titles, the more negative karma, the more Evil Genious you are.
