Might be a bit later to say but I prefer to use BBtech.
I find it suprisingly user friendly and easier on the eyes.

Well, gimme phpBB templates! 
There can be ONLY one!
I shall gather in my opinion the top 10-ish templates that I like. I hope that those I gather are from forum members who posted said templates so I can choose among them.
Basically, it will be a vote down effect. Each vote will skim off the lower 50% and a new vote of the rest of the 50% will begin.
Start with 10, then re-vote on 5, then on 2 (2.5 rounded down). That means each person will have 3 chances to contribute. Do not feel bad if your template didn't make the top 50%, you can vote again for the next round.
Now, templates I'm looking for are non to bright, but it doesn't have to be too dark. I want a mindwerks feel, flowing and seamless. Less table looking than Aeolus and BBtech.
Also remember that really good bright themes that you think would look neat if we just darkened it a bit are acceptable too. We don't have to use the template as is.
Anywho, lets make this forum more usable, visually appealing, and slick looking.
Thread locked, moving on. Both sides in this vote are equal. So, to resolve this, we are going to ditch both.
