All I know from that preview pic is that if Guts throws anymore knives he better fucking pull them back out of whatever they hit and keep them. He had friekin five of them! Where did they all go! Does he want to not have any rememberance of Judeau?!?! What the hell!! I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!!
That's right!! Another pointless post by me bitches!!! HA!

I would really rather have Serpico duel Rod.

He probably has more in his pouch and I am sure that Ricket has plenty more for him when he gets back from Elfheim. Cant say I would go looking for a knive that I threw into some beast or man because you never know they might just be waiting for that moment to strike!!

You mean like a romantic battle for Farnese? ;)
Hehe yeah and against Serpica he maybe would have a chance. Guts would overkill him.

Not so much as a romantic battle. More like the idea that a servant would own a noble, and Rodrick hardly looks like a veteran; in a fight anyways.

For the moment Farnese is fixated to a degree on Gutts.

We don't know how Serpico feels about it, so we can't really speculate. Right now, he seems to be protecting her like a younger sibling would.

Gutts as usual doesn't give a damn.

On another note, Serpico seems more like an assasin in this chapter.

Don't forget that Serpico was granted a title of nobility when Vandimion discovered he was the offspring of the maid that he had an affair with. He was granted the title for his compliance to not make himself known as an heir, as there were already battles going on to see who would control the noble house after his death.

He is the Kushan Shaman assasin, the second time in a row that he has filled that roll. And yes a duel between Rod and Serpico would be good. It would have to be with real swords and no magic cape but it would be a good fight.

Guts probably woulnt let it happen though because he needs the whole group to acomplish his mission.

Well maybe not......

He is noble, but I feel they still look at him has a servant. Or maybe he just portrays himself that way around Farnese. /shrug

Hes high enough to be like 3rd in command of the H.I.C.Ks. :? I'm sure his connetion to Farneze helped, btu I doubt a servant could rise that high just on a good word.

Please don't call them H.I.C.K.'s...that is a very inappropriate acronym that doesn’t fit at all.

Probably Holy Iron Chain Knights.

Although I much prefer Knights of the Holy Iron Chain. Has a better ring to it.

Sorry Star, it's just easier than writing it all out. So anyway those

Holy Iron Chain KnightS

wouldn't just give Serpico a position like that without him havign some nobilty, not to mention his shway sword skills.

Meh his skills aint that good. I mean they are probably on par with Judeau's (if he was still alive that is, and if he actually used a sword)

Judeau described himself as having average skills. Serpico is certainly above average.

Sorry, but as much as I loved Judeau for the beginning of the manga, Serpico would tear him apart :P.

Serpico is kinda garbage. Honestly i think rickert would own him up. And if not him, pre insanity casca would most definately fuck his shit up.

Even still, we're still considering completely different opponents from when Rickert, Judeau, and Caska were actually in the pictures. They never did any troll bashing before the eclipse.

Also as far as Serpico's skills go, a picture kind of stands out in my mind :P. Back when they were at the Tower of Conviction, and the Kushan had surrounded them, Serpico killed 3 (or 4 maybe?) Kushan's at once. Something I've certainly never seen any Hawk like Caska, Judeau, Corkus, Pippin, Rickert...ever do.

You got to remember that Serpico almost got Guts on that cliff, if he wouldnt have got those bombs from Ricket Guts might not be in the story any more... but where is the story with out Guts

There was also the second time when Serpico almost got Guts with his sneak attack, well and Guts almost took off his foot also. If that was anyone else I think that they would be footless now.

Bah. He is no Guts, but I can't think of too many people that could fight on par with Serpico, definitely not that Pooey Silat.. He provides a challenge to post eclipse Guts, so He is pretty damn good. I will go so far as to say he could be a little lower than pre-eclipse Guts or Griffith. I think he would just edge out Casca. They may have similar skills, but he just seems to have the mental edge.

serpico is more of a smart fighter than a strength fighter...like the way he tried to trap guts by fighting among the pillars
