Give non-sensical names/quotes to teh pics

Basically, somebody post a picture of whatever and others add a quote on top of it that is funny/disturbing/whatever. You can add the quote via Paint (better but more bothersome) or you can just type it next to the pic. If you find a pic that is 10 pages old and you think you can still squeeze some fun out of it, then just quote it and type your text. I'd say we can make this work with 2-3 pictures per page and the rest being quotes for them. Repost the picture you'll be adding the quote in so we know which one you're talking about.
