Just wanted to know who visits the forums and has experience working these types of applications. I'm trying to learn myself through flashMX and about to start CSS training. I'm wondering if any has any advice or can share war-stories.
Perhaps jump-start this tread with links and discussions on the topic and post artwork. ^_^
Any Graphics (CSS, photoshop, 3d software) Gurus out there?

i have done Photoshop and 3d software.... if you are willing to start on 3d-studio max then tell me cause i can send ya a book called the 3d-studio max Bible... (only 700 mb including all kinds of helpfull models). It can make a rather good modeler from a complete newb. It even tells a bit on how to do textures in other progs so you can implement them in 3d-studio max
Sweet, I might take you up on that when I'm ready to make the 3d jump. You have any info on Bryce or Blender?
The main reason I'm asking this as well is to see if people would like to help work on Evil-Genius's website and keep it up to date.
It looks awesome now, but functionally.. it is odd to work with. It needs to be cleaned up and centered so it looks nice on LARGE screens. I don't have the time, I'm busy with work and hacking the forums, and my own side projects.
So if anyone has 'skills' and wants to contribute to the cause, please step up.

blender 3d was my very first 3-d program.... i was working on a motorcycle in that thing.... let's see if i can find the pics of that again... wasn't that far yet though.... I also have a few nice beginner tutorials on how to make a game with blender 
As for photoshop... That is easy but i learned it from so many different tutorials that it's impossible to give ya all the links cause i don't know em myself anymore.
And for the website part.... well if you need help and it is something i can do then i am more then willing to help you out
edit: Ok i found that old model... Was making this when i was like.... 10 or 12 so it kinda looks a bit corny now that i see it again.... but this was all based upon some simple tutorials
