Actually, the flashback ends just after the Eclipse. I think there's even a chapter called "The Black Swordsman, Again". You'll notice he has Puck with him.

i guess im a berserkaholic too as lots of people have said about themselves as well. i too liked berserk since i played the dreamcast game Sword of the Berserk: Gut's Rage. (which is an awsome game. you should play it.) i dont usually come on to this forum because i dont have much to contribute since im only up to chapter 29 and have only dl 15% of the hawks 2-26(or 27?) berserk torrent. but so far its one of the best mangas i have read so far.

also i noticed something, i listened to "Banquet" by Bloc Party over and over again when i read them, and now whenever i listen to the song im reminded of it, wierd right?

I'm New Here, Im a berserk fan, not from long time ago, i saw the anime til the end and now im readin the manga like yall.
This is my favortie manga, first time i see a manga like this, so nice, wit some crazy characters, i felt in love lol.
So im 19yrs old, im a man and im living in france, in paris to be exact.
Im a designer, just check my website if u wanna see my works, im working in hip hop movement but i can do everything...
Btw im happy to see that berserk got a lot of fans in here, hope berserk will continue again and again..
