Isn't that the Kushan prince with ninja do-hickies who has those muscle-mountains following him?

Remember when Guts first left the hawks, and he participated in a tournament for selecting fighters for this noble? Silat was the champion or something. Guts laid the smackdown on the bastard. He's the guy with the flexible body and the flying rings for weapons.

Buz absolutely adores him, worships him even probably.

Silatt is the prince of the once proud Kushan Clan of the Bakiraka, who were renouned for their strong warriors or some such. Currently however, the Bakiraka are no more than slaves living in disgrace. Silatt himself has been traveling as a mercenary for a number of years, he's wished to see his people restored to their former glory for some time now. He is now aiding Ganishka in hopes of restoring the honor of the Bakiraka....Thats from memory but I know its something like that. I'll look it up later if no one else does and fill in the holes.

That's quite accurate akurei
Silatt might join forces with Guts. He knows that Guts is a great warrior and if he knows that he is
hunting Griffith he'll jump along without a moment of hesitation IMO

I also think he will help Guts against Griffith if he appears in the manga again,"My enemies enemy is my friend" ;)

Well, possibly not join up with Guts directly, but I think Silatt doesn't like Ganishka's demon army, nor the way he creates it. He might turn on Gansihka himself in order to restore the power of the Bakiraka - if he sees an opening that is, or if someone *cough* Guts *cough* opens his eyes in some way.

In the Anime it was another swordfighter.

But I like Sylatt, I think he is the only one who could match with Griffith or Guts. But Guts beat him before.

Well, he can't really match Guts, but he's way too cool to just be cut down by him some day. So either he'll join Guts or at least somehow side with him, or he'll appear against Guts in some sort of big final battle.

That's my thinking as well...keep the story going. I keep thinking to myself if I were an action movie star I would always leave my bad guys alive and when they asked why I would say that if I killed them I wouldn't have shit else to do! ^_^ Same with Berserk....I would be bored as hell...
That's right!! Another pointless post by me bitches!!! HA!

I get the feeling Silatt may decide to travel with Guts for reasons of his own. If his remaining Tapasa (muscle guys) are taken down and he's left alive, then the chances of him joining Guts' party for the sake of shared goals rises slightly. Silatt may not be at Guts' level of strength, but he's probably better than Serpico without the enchanted gear, and maybe even on par with him using it (prolly not, tho).. Either way, he'd be useful to have around. Silatt is indeed proud, but it seems to me he'd be willing to bite the bullet for the sake of his people, what with working as a mercenary in Midland for years and bending his knee to Ganishka.

More than that I was wondering what connection, if any, he had with Raksasha and why Raksasha showed him what Ganishka was really up to.. :? That seemed to be leading somewhere, I'm anxious to get back to it. I can't imagine Silatt as a Neo-Hawk though, dunno why. Probably because it would keep him in the background after all this build up over the years, and as far as the plot it would be like him trading an Apostle Lord for an Apostle God as far as masters are concerned. The Neo-Hawks are also fighting the Kushite Armies on the side of Midland's allies, something I doubt Silatt could bring himself to do.

Oh and I dunno about the anime, but Silatt wasn't one of the Bakiraka that tried to stop Guts from escaping the Tower of Rebirth with Griffith. They were just random slaves that the King of Midland used as his top assassins. Silatt was hired by a band of mercenaries to lead their group against Caska and the remnants of the Band of the Hawk. He tried to force Caska to surrender rather than having to kill her there, but Guts fought him off. At that time, he said he'd remember Guts' name...

On a sidenote: I always liked Silatt's fighting style. It always struck me as unique within the Berserk world.

Actually, that was a pack of wird assassins that the king had around...and they all sucked in the end.
Guts only fought Silatt at he tournament, and when he rejoined the Hawks before rescuing Griffith. In the anime a soldier wanted to slay Caska, but Guts appeared and kicked him into a burning tent. In the manga he rescued Caska from Silatt. Am I right or am I right?

You're right.

And Sillatt is been around for a long time so he will get an important part later on I guess. (He is probably the oldest introduced living character after guts, puck and casca...)
