What!?!?!? ima a crzy mofo 87?!?!?!??! OMG who knew?? Well welcome to forum ucrzymofo87. (i still cant believe you have the guts to call me a crazy mofo). There is no need to express your love to Miura her in this introduction, if you love him soo much you would turn gay you can express your needs and posts in the stupid newbie Berserk theory topic (or thats what i thinks its called). Just make a couple of quality posts and youll be welcomed here, or lurk, or just dont follow the rules and the God of Mods will reign their terror on you.

Hey, Ive been hanging around in the forum for quite a while and i finally decided to introduce meself. Hi everyone

Anywayz, im currently reading berserk manga and im half way through volume 22 and i have a couple of questions.
Ok So i Griffth appears in the Goto's mine place in the falcons graveyard...and guts starts...fights with Zodd and Caska comes in and is almost crushes by the rocks...but griffth saves her...and she starts weeping...we then see images of the tainted baby...and griffth putting his palm over he chest (whilst he is flying away on Zodd's back)...this is where i get confused.
Caska who has forgetton everything still seems to yearn for Griffth. Does that mean she still loves him? Was her love for Gatts just a one night stand?
Ok im really confused about the baby. Whoes is it? I read the FAQ and it said it was Gatts and Caskas..but was tainted by Griffth. Why does Griffth seem concerned about it? Man this stuff really kills me...too much unknown stuff..buts thats y i like this manga....great stuff

well suddy... it's a little complicated because caska remembers her yearning for griffith in a subconscious way... however her bound with guts will soon be severed as you will see in further chapters... its a catch up read.. but it will all make sense... even the new additions and story arcs will be tied in nicely.. btw welcome... i'm no welcome mofo87 but i'm sure you'll get your engraved welcome plaque in the meanwhile post well flame noobs and shine boots for regs and you're good... or just be yourself without being noobish and you're still good

Anywayz, Guts and caska relationship will be severed!?!...Man...seriously I hate Griffth, yes he's a complicated and deep character...but he's so damn evil....sigh..i dont feel like reading it now -_-..i know ill keep reading...but knowing that Gatts will loose caska in a pyschological sense really ticks me off

Does she want to be cured? She based her whole life around Griffith, she even intended to dedicate her life to caring for him, despite her love for Gutts, as depicted in that alternate future snapshot that the Godhands presented Griffith to convince him of the pathetic nature of his alternatives. When Griffith, the man she worshipped, sacrificed the army she had desperately maintained for him, raping her, maiming the man she loves, and discarding her, her universe literally imploded.

If she is cured, that will all come crashing back down. She will feel guilty for keeping Gutts there so that he would be sucked into the eclipse, when he wanted to leave with her. She'll feel unbelievable loss, betrayal, horror & grief...

Still, from Gutts' perspective, Caska's fate so far must be a terribly painful think to bear witness to. A confident, capable, strong and intelligent woman, full of fire and zest, quick to anger and compassion, reduced to a quivering , fearful & childlike shell of the woman he loves. Regardless of how painful it would be for her, I don't think he could live with himself if there was a possibiliy to help her and he didn't try it.

I got into berserk a couple of years back, i saw the anime and thought 'Damn, if this had a manga to it the way the anime ended was perfect to make people want to buy it' and it turns out it did.
