anyone downloaded bleach jump festa 2004? at the end of it it's a presentation of the the captains and you'll get to see Hitsuguya's ban kai xD!

on a sidenote the episode was just an alternative to the ichigo vs grand fisher episode :F

You don't see his ban Kai. you see him right before he uses it. You see his initial release though.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you see his full Ban Kai as well. It's done rather unimpressively, so it's easy to miss.

I have no idea what you're trying to say here, but if you're saying that "soar in the frozen sky" is the initial release then I suppose you're right- you never get to see his ban kai in the omake. Wait... Do you ever even see it in the manga? I forget.

yes it isn't the Ban Kai. and Yes we have seen his Ban Kai but he got Pwned soon afterwards.
