Berserk wallpapers

What's up with that? The cannon is on the wrong arm in those last couple of wallpapers. Also, why was my last post in this thread deleted?

maybe thats becuse the picture is taken from the italian berserk manga (its something with there press and stuff

).

Or perhaps they just reversed it, so it reads left-to-right and not right-to-left?

Why should they reverse the whole picture to read it left-to-right.
And that would just work if the text was wrote reversed before but I don't think so.

As in, they reverse it and then edit in the text. I think Dark Horse has done it with a few of their manga licenses. 'cause, you know, westerners are used to readin left-to-right?

To end the conspiracy theories I'll just say that I rotated the picture of Guts horizontally because it worked better for the picture I was making, I didn't really consider the arm being switched... but then again, maybe it was the government that did it?!? Gasp!

Here is a lil' wallpaper i made in 2minutes. Its D.S and Gatts faces while.....they're having fun. The kanjis means "rage".
Just a little contribution for this topic, i find "my" *cough* picture cool and simple.

edit: oh and i forgot this one which is very symbolic but damn too little

Yeah, I was thinking about that. They reversed Blade of the Immortal in that manner.

Wasn't BotI the one they didn't reverse due to the mangaka's demands, and just cut out and rearranged the panels? Maybe it was the other way around...

"Panini Comics" in Italy reverses the whole image because lots of italian customers asked for a "western style" reading. But are reversed only some very popular mangas (berserk, slam dunk, neon genesis evangelion) and only in the second release in which are also fixed lots of translation mistakes. How I know that? I'm italian, you can understand it because of my very bad english.

The dimensions of your sig is a tad big, heh.

Keep the signature equal to or below 600 pixels in width and 160 pixels in height.
