Mini goals and dreams in life

My kids wouldn't want to be around me. If they do I will make them change there mind.

I think it's nice you guys know fighting styles. Personally I was kicked out of karate at the age of 10 so I don't know anything.

Damn all these fools did hardcore martial arts and shit. Well i was in take won do( or however you spell it) when i was really young. It was cool cause my instructer was this cool as guy names sam montgomery. Then i moved to S.D and the instructer here said i needed to start over. I was like fuck this shit. That was in the 4th grade. Bassicly all my fighting comes from wrestling and boxing. Wrestling helps in fights though.

My sentiments exactly

#2 especially, is very easy to attain, as you can do so by doing surprisingly simple things, such as smiling at someone or otherwise making the effort to do something for someone other than yourself.

I have more goals than I could feasibly live up to lol! But some of them are (in no particular order)

~Being a long standing, positive influence in the world, whether to one, or to many
~Writing a novel, novelette, graphic novel (doesn't have to be published)
~Getting a Masters or Graduate degree in at least one of the MANY fields I'd like to pursue (once again, for personaly interest moreso than much else)
~Owning my own business
~Living comfortably (not rich, but not 1000% struggling either...if things are easy, there's nothing to gain in doing them)
~Travelling & submerging myself in other cultures (Japanese & Tibetan especially)
~Earning enough money (or means otherwise) to provide my mother with a much deserved, restful retirement
~Mastering at LEAST one of the many many many forms of martial arts I have interest in (Kendo, Iaido, Kenpo, Jow Hop Kuen, Gojuryu, Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, Kyokushin, Jeet Kun Do, etc)
~Attain Enlightenment
~Being free of my fucking migraines forever >.<
~Reaching the pinnacle of my personal growth/potential
~(I second the notion that someone else posted earlier!)Owning a Never ending volume of Berserk heh!!

Plenty more, but I'm senile & have an ailing attention span...hah

damn some of you guys have some crazy goals in life.

for my martial arts, i have taken ju jitsu and kick boxing for about a month, started it for a project but now i had to stop since i messed up my right shoulder big time. But ive been just doing other stuff for fun.

No formal martial arts training of any sort my only saving grace was that i've got natural size goin for me too, 6'4 220lbs.... Lucky bastards I had to learn the hard way... 2 Military schools and best friends to sparr with who are respectively : Boxing, Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate and a father who is an ex-marine and a little brother going into the marines....

Genius! it's not the north or the south side, it's the darkside.

I know by this summer I want to be more attractive to the opposite sex. These goods looks aren't doing it for me, I guess people care about what's "inside" instead of the more important outside.

Hmmmm

let's see:

1 find 1 woman who loves me back --> marriage, kids...blahblah
2 expand muscles and grow an elegant beard
+ learn to play the guitar <--requirements: time
3 finish university with fucking good grades (this one might actually be reality) and hopefully some breakthrough discovery (which is quite difficult nowadays)
4 get a job that won't bore me to death, work me to death

5 write at least one book that would have an immense positive impact on the world
6 increase fighting skills

edit: what the heck: travel to Hawaii and fuck some exotic women

Somehow we all wish for the same things...it's no good. OK alternative plan:

Another thing I want to do is by the time I hit 60 I'm going to start smoking a pipe. I don't like to smoke, but when I'm 60 it won't matter. Anyway, smoking a pipe when you're old is cool.
