It took me 5 minutes, 40 seconds, and 2 glasses of Coke. Isn't that much really.

In an utopic world, Wyrm's post count would have jumped up to 100s, and everybody else would have read IT (post is too huge to use lowercase)

I vote for Wyrm having a custom title that reads "too much time on his hands."

Custom titles are for special ocasions and I think that monumental post deserves one.

Heck, we could even make psi hyperlink the title so that it directs you to that post in case someone forgets.

That would be true. He shoudl have the opposite title of my opposite one, that post became a conversation starter.

Ok that was just a bad bad bad joke. But he does need a custom title in honor of his lack of time. We need to start a thread like the Bukkake Buz one. Have a poll of possible titles for him.

Damn that post is gonna be the longest in EG history for a long long time....

I only read the half of post i couldn't bear myself to read more.

I can only say that Guts leaving the hawks was the way Guts is,he would never do as you said cause its not his style. Also i dont understand how Guts leaving the hawks trouble you so much.

What did you think he would be Griffith assassin all his life....

Wyrm Cliff Notes version wrote:Guts is stupid for having an ambition, and that ambition is stupid as well. He should have told his comrades and Griffith would have a farewell party dedicated to him leaving the hawks, since, you know, Griffith is a very understanding guy who loves parties.
Now he regrets it after the hawks are basically destroyed.
If Guts is stupid for leaving for a journey in search for his dream and self-discovery, then I guess the other hawks are smart for not having a dream or ambition they want to pursue. He wants to stand beside Griffith as his equal, and not being looked down by him. I find nothing wrong with trying to discover his own path.

But do you think Griffith would have even allowed him to leave, granted he did tell him before hand? I think not. If he did, he should have just allowed Guts to leave without a fight. He treated Guts as if he was his valuable possession at that time. His thoughts should have remained consistent and would not allow him to leave under any circumstances, even if Guts did tell him personally. Remember, Guts was leaving the Hawks permanently, not off to some vacation.

Well, the members of the hawks were basically going to be promoted to nobles, if you recall that ball that the king held. All was good and well until Griffith screwed it up. Who would have thought that Griffith would ruin it himself? I don't think that Guts could have predicted Griffith's road to self destruction. He considered himself only a small obstruction, a 'tiny pebble', he did not think his fight was going to have such an impact. He only regreted leaving because of the way that the Hawks has degraded, and partly blames himself for it. I don't think he would have given two shits if all the hawks were rich bastards with noble classes the next time he met with them. Griffith ruined himself, he was responsible for his downfall, and forced the hawks to be degraded, and it wasn't really Guts fault for doing so.
Wyrm Cliff Notes version wrote:Griffith and kittens. Blah blah blah. Griffith did not kill his friends in the eclipse, he sacrificed them. You know, just like they did in the war. You see, there's a difference.
No, there isn't a difference. During the war, the soldiers WILLINGLY 'sacrificed' their lives for Griffith's dream, and plus, they were at war. It either kill or be killed. But in the eclipse, it was a massacre. I don't believe the hawks gave their lives away voluntarily for Griffith to become Femto. They were killed/murdered as 'sacrifices' to Femto. All I see were the soldiers fighting against and opposing the apostles for their own survival, and not willingly be 'sacrificed' for Griffith. The soldiers in the war thought dying for Griffith was a noble cause, but in the eclipse, they were fighting for their survival, and not for Griffith.

Of course, I only skimmed through your post. Maybe Starnum could reply much better than I could. Can't believe I wrote a long arse post, it's been a while.
Wyrm Cliff Notes version wrote:I slept with Griffith, because, you know, we'll both ghey and shit.
I did not need to know that. Maybe I could make an omake out of that.

To commemorate Wyrm's post, I'm posting an omake in the Omake thread. I know that there are perspective problems, but I hope you like it :) :)

Femto, I edited my post as you asked...
