not really, apostle or God Hand, their appearance changes a lot. that snake guy had incisors, the count looked like a slug now, roshinu doesnt even have a human form, griffith had a whole new femto body, and lord mozgus looked more like a Lego than he ever did. appearance changes dude

Femto resembles Griffith. Mozgus and his Apostle form were similar too. When someone becomes Apostle he still looks a little bit the same IMO.

Maybe it's different with Apostles and Godhands, Godhands don't change that much but the Apostles do. Don't forget a few of the apostles changed back to human form to live their old lifes with their new power.
