How bout this for fan art,
I am a graphic design student so I choose to design a fictitious Berserk PC game, this is what the pc box would look like. I retraced and created the 3d logo, I made up a name for the game that sounded good, I used scans from the manga and the front graphic is an edit of one of the dvd covers. Anyway, let me know what you think.

That's really cool! I took a computer Graphics class once...A LOT harder than it looks!

But speaking of computer games have any of you played that one Berserk game that came out a while ago? I heard it was crappy but my friend is a tough critic.

So I had the baddest ass picture of Berserk done in pencil but then I tried to paint it. Now, i think I may have killed it. it was a self-portrait project for my Art class and it was half me and half Guts. Looked fucking awesome in pencils. But, I have a trump card to play, my grandma...if there is any hope left for this picture, it's in her. I would appreciate any hopes you guys can spare for me. I'll post the finished picture no matter what it looks like. But yea, any hopes/prayers for me I would really appreciate it or any tips on painting with Acrylics and Oils. I've never painted before in my life so I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure its going to Hell...so depressed...

OK so yea, Guts gets brown hair...so bitch about it I don't care. ^_^ I finally just stopped caring about making it the badass of the badasses and I just wanted to finish it and get the stress off of my shoulders since its for my art project. I enlisted the aide of my grandma since I have never painted before in my life (I'm a pencils guy) and she (being a grandma [and don't get me wrong I love her to death]) made a lot of it her own work. But yes, you have about two things from Berserk here, Guts and then the base background for the side with the drawing of me in it. (recognizable from the Roshinu tree after it all burned) And the Guts is just different pictures I broke apart and used different parts of.

Like my artists statement? Good... ^_^ Let me know what you guys think...

I like the the art, I really dig it. I don't know enough art knowledge to give pointers, so that's where the residential art expert Femto comes in. Man, Guts has that freaky grin which gives me the creeps.

awesome job! Ya gotta wonder what Guts would look like as an apostle. I don't think he even needs the behelit with his armor and his dog following him around. Hey the drizzit, what nationality are you? Random i know but ur cute

...and so is your picture. I used to use oils but it got too expensive so now i use computers or watercolor. You know whats the best thing about computers though, the "undo" button. God invented that one for people like me who tend to mess up a lot in life.

Edit: I just noticed that most people who talk on this forum are male...what happened to the girls?

In other words, you won't find many of them here, Ellen and Starlore are your only friends in that regard.
