Kill Bill 1 was like real action, and Kill Bill 2 reveals more of the plot. But both movies were equal to me. Will there be a third vol?

Its the same damn movie. Its just split into two parts because no one wants to sit in a theater for four hours.

I loved them both, probably equally because they were more or less one movie. Quentin Tarantino is just awesome. It has alot of strong Asian influences in it as well which may be another reason I like it.

Also finally saw Sin City after waiting for forever and all I got to say is its the best adaptation of a comic book I have ever seen, Frank Miller is a god in my book.

Yea, that was their whole goal in sin city. To try and make a movie as close the the comics as they could. Many scenes were directly taken out of the comic word for word.

I know, that is why I love it so much, I actually read the comic books before I even knew the movie was coming out. So when I heard the news I was ecstatic, and yet I waited forever before I had a chance to see it.

For those of you who want to know, there is going to be a movie based on the same novel that Basilisk is based upon. It's just called Shinobi.. which isn't half as badass as Basilisk!

http://shinobi-movie.com/ is the link. And Oboro looks hott!

The exagerated use of blood made no sense at all, but to that effect you get several scenes that would seem violent but turnout realy hilarious. well to me anyways

It was supposed to be like anime, hence the excessive amounts of blood.

Aye, Tarantino was trying to make it like the old samurai and kung fu movies that had ridiculous amounts of blood in them. First movie that comes to mind is Sanjuro; at the very end when he faces that one guy and kills him in one move. Blood shoots out of him like he has a hose under his arm. Tarantino is a fan of those movies and he made Kill Bill for other fans of the same movies.

rumor has it that a movie is being made based off Michael Moorcock's Elric chronicles! I dont know if anyone here has read that series but its a must and let me tell you...recently ive been thinking who would win...Guts or Elric...and lets just say for once im not necessarily putting guts on auto win...but i know how no one likes vs threads so i'll just stop there :P
