It'll take a while for me adjust to this information. It's all good though, I'm not a Nazi that'll give you hell for being a goth, it's just that this changes the preconcieved notions I had of you, of you internet persona at least.
It doesn't really matter I guess.
Well, for your information, I just don't like Goth chicks. I don't really care about people who's Goth, I have some tutors that are Goth and they'll pretty cool. Just the Goth chicks that creep me out. Mainly because they'll posers and all.
So...the chicks...

Er...kay. It just seems like a different style to me. It's just a genre type for people. You know, you've got your cowboys and your ballahs...or something. The whole gothic thing is far from the most important thing about me. Would it help if I were to just say, I'm a dark person? I think you've just been influenced about the whole thing by the wrong kind of people. I'd hate for you to judge me or think less of me just b/c I'm of the macabre nature. I have a feeling that what you're thinking of doesn't apply to me, but maybe I'm wrong. *Shrugs*
I could tell you all about it, with a definite definition of what I think being gothic is about. However, you’re probably not interested. Maybe we'll talk about it sometime, if you're interested.
Just to let you know, I hate Good Charlotte and I think they’re posers.
And now, we return to teh chicks...more women dammit!

Well, just like the feminists or the white supremacists I mentioned, there is something inherent in being a goth that I really don't like. It's not that I'm an asshole that will immediately dismiss a goth for being one, far from it actually, I can freely talk to anyone that is part of one of these groups without resorting to hypocrisy. Heck, I knew a girl in high school that was a complete feminist and I never had a problem with that. She hated me, sure, but in a friendly manner. I even ended up doing some drawings for her.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I won't judge anyone for having such interests, but I sure as hell stand against them. As I said, it doesn't really matter.
P.D: How's this for a definition of gothics? As you can see, it's just a load of bullshit, and it came from gothics.org...
But what does gothic mean in regards to the group of people? Here's where it gets confusing. There are things that many Goths like that are not gothic (Industrial or Classical music). There are things that are gothic that many Goths dislike (vampires, interest in death). There are things that some people think are gothic that are not gothic (bands like Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails), and there are things that do not call themselves gothic even if they are considered gothic by most people (bands like Sisters of Mercy and Dead Can Dance). However, there's no Grand Gothic Judge to decree what is truly Goth and what is not, although there are plenty of people who claim to be it. It's an ambiguous label with many people using it that don't understand what it means. The people who do understand it often have many different definitions.
Yes...very confusing...heh, I really didn't care too much about it though. Just thought this paragraph was worth noting.
I went to google images and typed in 'hot chicks' in the search bar. I got everything EXCEPT for hot chicks.

I know most of you are probably disgusted by the pic, and probably want to rip your eyes out of your head, but here's something that'll tame it:

As far as me and goth, a hot goth is sexy as hell, but most are hideous. And as far as there person goes, I like some hate others, depends on what they are like, as with all people. Also, I always pictured Starnum as gothic for some reason, not sure why. Buz I can't see being gothic, not sure why. He just doesn't have the right personality to me. I also love the gothic site not having a definition. Too funny.

The main thing, is that you keep it small enough so we don't have to scroll to the right to read text. I'd say that's 700 px wide at most. Personally, if a picture is vertical, I try to keep the width around 500, depending on the height of course. If it's horizontal I go for 600. We don't really need huge images, just try to keep it clear enough. and you should be fine.
Her ugly face scared them into different clothes too.

Grace Park isn't very hot in Battlestar Galactica, no make-up or sexy lingerie. Then again, the episode I saw was the one where she shot herself in the face...
