EDIT: About halfway through this drawing I came to the realization that I'd probably let Poison suck my cock.

The part in the middle looks weird because there were no lines there so I just blurred the edges and hoped for the best.

I found a site that has a guide for painting like Bob Ross with photoshop. Theres brushes and other stuff for download that makes it really easy.
