Uh... [spoiler]Alita always had a brain. Just cloned restored Alita probable never had one. Admittedly I think the Brain that fell into the trash heap probably wasn't quite that big, it was also incased in something.[/spoiler]

My favorite Manga of all time. Berserk has recently become my second favorite. My greatest wish from Battle Angel Alita is the return of Doctor Daisuke Ido. He's such a good character, he's even got his dark side which makes him so human. The second is a full out anime version of the Motorball arc. The motorball CGI was nifty, but it couldn't compare with the real thing. And the greatest villain of all manga is Desty Nova.

I just caught up with the chapters released after volume 10.

Holy. Shit.

Last Order is one of the very few works that consistently remind me of why I ever started reading japanese comics in the first place. It's on the same level as Berserk, Biomega and 20th Century Boys as far as I am concerned.
