I had three ideas for them to escape the Espada HQ. One was that Ichigo would ''talk'' to the hollow inside him and that he would become super awesom might pwnzor...., the second idea was that at the right moment the Visards would come and spirit the away, and the third was that Orihime would snap and send them all to hell, now i stand by the idea that Neil would save them all and probably die in the process.

I would have agreed with that if the SS arc was handled differently. Meaning characters actually dying such as Hitsuguyu, Aizen's VC (Hinamori (Starnum?)), Captain Starfox, Ruki's Brother (bother looking up his name) etc. They all survived pwntastic strikes from Aizen. If one of them died just one I would agree with that outcome.

Hell none of the espada have been killed yet. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well, Nell is badass, the only thing missing now is for them to leave. The reason why I thought they would leave was because Ichigo isn't strong enough to fight Aizen and he did promise to get Inoue and return, anime characters rarely brake promises. Plus, you make a good point, nobody's dyeing, usually this means they'll fight again once they get a little bit more powerful.

I hate when Kubo does this. I can't stand Renji personally so I am bias when he fights. That being said he needs to just die and disappear or just go back to SS and not to return until the end. Where is Chad? or is that one of the chapters I missed?

No, Chad got slashed and disappeared, maybe he's a jedi. One thing that seems really weird to me about that scientist espada is that his sword (or bankai, I'm not sure) is called fornicarus, which comes from the verb "to fornicate" (or rather, "fornicar" in Spanish). What kind of name is that anyway? "Watch out! He's gonna use fornication!"
