Guts: A superior Being ?

Hello,

I've read the faq but there's no answer to my question since berserk Vol 1:

Why does guts have pointed ears unlike human or his friends ... ?

is it because he is a kind superior (or inferior) being or a kind of an elf ?!!

It's for no reason in particular, it's just the way Miura wanted him to look. Don't look into it too much, it's just a design trait. He's not a demon or Zodd's child with Slan or anything.

And can somebody please tell me why is it that n00bs always feel the need to join the forums by starting threads with these kind of questions?

you should ask that question on the apropriated place and don't create a new thread just for that.
It's just doomed to be locked and probably you won't get a decent answer to you questions anyways. lucky you that Femto took the trouble.

So Even if nOObs bothers you, you should be glad instead, the more you got noobs the more berserk will have more and more fans.

Please, don't take my comment the wrong way. I did answer your question, and I do think I did it very politely. I don't see how english not being your native language has anything to do with it either, because I'm in the same situation. The problem is, that I don't see the need to start a new thread with your first post to ask such a trivial question. I'm sure you could've asked this question anywhere else, had you taken the time to look for an appropiate thread for it.

Welcome aboard though, hope you stick around unlike other n00bs that come, start a thread with a trivial question and then leave two posts after that.

this has topped my list of the most dumbfuck threads ever. the former #1, a thread i found at http://www.imdb.com about the movie "hero" where some idiot didn't understand why the warriors "kept dying and kept coming back alive", has now moved down to #2

I'm okay with that, i was not "angry" either. And i will try to participate as many time as i can in the threads even if some of your way of talking ar sometimes difficult to inderstand.

From my opinon : Hell yes ! The more the berserk fans are numerous the better it is. Where i live, berserk sales depends on that.

umm...where I used to live, Berserk is already popular enough. While there are people who do buy the manga (me) even though it's freely distributed on the net, there are the majority who doesn't.

Oh, n00bs do bother me, but not 'newbies' who possess an apparent education, and have something insightful to say or contribute to this forum. I think I care way too little about noobs who just comment on random stuff that's easily answerable by the obvious. Oh, English is my second language too.

Anyway, welcome to the forums. As you can see, we treat people equally, and welcome the noobs with 'open arms'. Mostly for strangling. Hope you stick around.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Gosh, how I love the noobish threads

. I believe I was a noob once. Just not that noobish.

While yupachups first couple of posts are kinda stoopid, I won't judge his person in sorely by his actions so far. We've seen this noobish side of people. Now, let's pray it improves. It is really 'education' with our responses, there are areas that shouldn't be touched by newbies. Remember, we were all noobs once.

WHAT ELDO SAYS ABOUT THIS THREAD:

Starnum, do you want to add to the FAQ about the changing style of drawing that Muira undergoes throughout the course of the manga? Hopefully covering all the bases (even obvious ones) in the FAQ will evoke some intelligent response from various people.

Oh, did anyone know that I'm a nice guy? Is it too blatantly obvious?
