It was too sudden and without explanation. Had he achieved a stronger hollow form after meditating/training/getting mad/going to the bathroom, I would have accepted it, but considering how easily he was beaten the last time they fought, it just seems like too much of a cop out.

is it just me or do bleach and naruto alternate being good in the manga (ex: naruto is good now while bleach... not so much, but not much ealier bleach was good and naruto so so)
im really only reading bleach now out of habit

Yeah, I think you're right. A friend and I were just saying that the other day. Anyway, I actually kind of liked this chapter because we got to see Uli's transformation finally, and I thought it looked pretty dope personally. Other then that though, not much happened. We know he's got to be much stronger than Ichigo now, so no surprise there. So who's gonna save his ass this time? XD

As for Rukia, you may recall when she fought Aaroniero Arruruerie, the #9 espada, and he took the form of Kaien. Well anyway, she's still been around since then. She didn't die, as some people thought, and then she came back after that fight and started a trash talking fight with this Rudobone guy.

ok so here is my guess, ichigo is going to be loseing completely, rukia will step in to try and help and eventually kick beat up as well, then ichigo will somehow make a complete recovery, and fight much harder (and of course be more powerful) and pull through to beat him to protect rukia. just let it be known i called it (if it happens

)

his hair did seem to grow longer giveing credience to this theory. but would this be like super hollow 2 (since vizard mask would be super hollow?)

Well a Vaizard isn't the same thing as a Hollow. He's either going Vaizard level 2 or he's actually turning into a real hollow. Since it's unlikely that he could turn into an Arrancar without going through the other hollow stages first, Vaizard level 2 is probably a safer bet.

Anyway, I think Ishida will make it. Besides, it's not like we can just wish him back if he dies so I doubt he's going to die just yet.

ok im calling it now, if anyone dies and they have some sort of "wish" card to bring them back to life (even if orihime randomly brings them back because she really wants to, or they changed her what ever) i will stop reading this
