Neverwhere- One Piece

Well the bot isn't responding to me right now or something and also I got a few torrents downlaoding, so could someone tell me whos scanlations of One Piece are on Neverwhere. Are they good image/translation quality, and also did they edit out anything like swearing or whatever, and do they explain some things that we might not understand. For example a Japanese saying or expression that without a little explaining woudl make nos ense to us.
