Mouse cloning

anyone know how to create mouse cursors/icons? i've tried google but got nothing within the first 15 pages. any sites you know of or just info in general?

Try that, also search for "Icon creation applications". I'm not all to familiar with it, but it looks straight forward. Use an application like Icon Easel or Gimp or Photoshop, and save to an ico file.
