Any advice on Italian translations?
I'm a new poster but a frequent visitor, and ANYWAYS! here's whats up. Someone i know is Italian and i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a site where they translate berserk into italian. I know it's kinda off the wall but there it is.

Re: Help please!
Berserk's Wikipedia entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berserk_(manga)) contains links to two Berserk fansites that have both English and Italian versions, Berserk Chronicles (http://www.berserkchronicles.com/englishpage.php) and Berserk Realm (http://berserkrealm.altervista.org/english/home.php). Those seem like they would be good places to start looking. According to Berserk Realm, there's an official Italian release of the manga by Panini Comics, but I have no idea how far they've gotten.
Berserk: The Abridged Series: Beating a dead horse with another dead horse.
Re: Any advice on Italian translations?
I fixed the topic to reflect a better subject line, "Please Help" doesn't really convey in a short and concise way what you are asking help for. Now other people with the same questions can key off your topic. Cheers.

Even better solution: Learn Japanese.

Even more better solution: Learn how to read kanji. It doesn't matter if you can speak japanese if you don't know the kanji

Re: Any advice on Italian translations?
Yes, when I said learn Japanese, I obviously meant to learn how to read it. You know, since it's a manga, you'd have to read it.

Even better: Pay someone to read it for you.

Best of all: find a website (such as this one) where very nice people will translate it for you for free.War Machine wrote:Even better: Pay someone to read it for you.

Can't argue with that.

What? People with marketable skills which are very much useful and in demand offering the fruits of their labor without demanding material compensation? Yeah, right. What kind of idealistic fantasyland do you live in, anyway? (-:Istvan wrote:Best of all: find a website (such as this one) where very nice people will translate it for you for free.

Well there are elves and dwarves, and dragons...and even dungeons. Oh wait...that was a rhetorical question.hbi2k wrote:What kind of idealistic fantasyland do you live in, anyway? (-:
